We are addicted to Lizi’s Low Sugar Granola! It’s a great way to start the day. I am hypoglycemic and it doesn’t spike/drop me like other granolas. And it is also very tasty, I have it with soy milk to up the protein & it’s great!

I usually find granola too sweet and bought this as an experiment. I’m glad I did.
I thought the recommended serving size was very small before I tried it but eating that amount with a few blueberries, raspberries and unsweetened soya milk keeps me full enough to last from 7 am until 1 pm. This is brilliant as I’m diabetic.
This is now my go-to breakfast.

Oh Wow…..truly a magnificent breakfast. Do not be fooled by the small portion recommendation, it is filling, not too sweet and very yummy.

I’ve always found shop-bought granola too sweet but this isn’t. It’s perfect for me. I have a handful (about 25g) on top of natural yogurt and fruit. It adds lovely texture and flavour and keeps me going till lunchtime. My husband loves it too.
