We still make our original granola to the same recipe that was used when it was hand-crafted in a country kitchen.

Packed full of ingredients like oats, seeds and nuts, this free-flowing granola not only tastes great but also packs a punch when it comes to delivering the right amount of fibre needed to keep you feeling a whole lot better.

This granola will keep you feeling satisfied all morning, and Lizi’s commitment to GL testing means you know it’s going to keep your blood sugar levels stable and keep you energised until lunchtime.

Wholegrain oat flakes (62%), seeds (7%) [sunflower, golden linseeds, pumpkin], nuts (7%) [cashew nut pieces, almond pieces, hazelnut pieces, walnut pieces], desiccated coconut, rapeseed oil, fructose, black treacle, chicory fibre.
