William’s Final Tips to Feel a Whole Lot Better!

Posted: 1 February 2019

William is back with his final tips!

At Lizi’s we try and maintain a fun and vibrant atmosphere to keep our mental mood positive. Mental wellbeing is all part of a healthy lifestyle so whether it’s dumping the clutter or buying a new bright coat for winter, every little helps to keep us motivated and upbeat!

 Connect with a colleague

When you get back to work, try to make friends with a colleague you don’t know overly well.  Find out more about what makes then tick and what irks them.  You may find you have more in common with them than you think.

 Declutter

Before you put away a new present from the festive period, clear something away and donate it to charity or offer it to a friend or relative so it goes to good use.  Having piles of disorganised gubbins around you can bring down the mental mood.

Meet up for breakfast

Don’t spend every winter weekend morning lingering in bed – arrange to see friends and family for breakfasts out and about.  They are cheaper than evening meals in restaurants and get you up and out the door, ready to tackle the day sooner than floating around the house in pjs.

 Brighten up your wardrobe

Bright bold colours don’t just have to be for the warmer summer months.  Wearing one statement item can help bring some visual colour and cheer to your winter wardrobe.

 Photo recall

Switch some of the photos in your frames for new ones to give subtle changes to your day-to-day decor.  Keep the previous photos at the back of the frames to start a rotation.

Last call to head over to our Facebook page @LizisGranola and enter our fantastic competition to win a luxury Lizi’s hamper worth over £500. The competition closes on 4th February 2019, so be sure you don’t miss out.

Happy New Year to you all – we hope we have helped get you through January feeling A Whole Lot Better!
