Lizi's Passionfruit Pistachio Granola

I’ve always loved the chewy texture and matchless flavour of pistachio nuts and when I first tasted passion fruit juice in California I realised that these two are made for each other. In this delicious new granola I’ve baked pistachios in rich passion fruit puree with almonds, cashews, hazlenuts, seeds and oats. The result is sensational, especially with yoghurt for breakfast or ice cream for supper. I hope you love it as much as I do.

Ingredients

Jumbo Rolled Oats, Rapeseed Oil, Desiccated Coconut, Fructose, Oligofructose*, Concentrated Apple Juice, Black Treacle, Pistachio Halves (3%), Cashew Pieces, Almond Flakes, Hazlenut Pieces, Passionfruit Puree (1%), Pumpkin Seeds, Golden Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Natural Flavour.

*Oligofructose is a natural soluble fibre derived from chicory. As a prebiotic it helps maintain a healthy digestive system.

Allergy Advice

Contains tree nuts. Dairy free, wheat free**. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No hydrogenated oils. No GMOs. Made in a factory which handles peanuts and sesame seeds.
