Lizi's Organic Granola

Before beginning the GoodCarb Food Company to make Lizi’s Granola I used to help run an organic farm in West Wales. When I wasn’t rounding up sheep or feeding the cattle, I was making my granola, using a mix of organic and non-organic ingredients. But now we have a fully certified Organic Granola and it tastes delicious. We use organic agave syrup, the lowest glycaemic sugar, to sweeten this granola. Agave syrup comes from Mexico and is also used as one of the ingredients for tequila! Organic farming is something that I believe in with a passion, and for many, is the only way to farm, as it’s kind to the land and to the animals.

Ingredients (all certified as organic)

Jumbo rolled oats, rapeseed oil, agave syrup, desiccated coconut, concentrated apple juice, pumpkin seeds, black treacle, pistachio nuts, cashew nuts, flaked almonds, golden linseeds, sunflower seeds, hazel nuts

Contains tree nuts. Dairy free, wheat free*. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No hydrogenated oils. No GMOs. Made in a factory which handles peanuts and sesame seeds.

*For coeliacs: natural field oats may contain traces of wheat. We cannot guarantee that this product is gluten free.
