Lizi's Belgian Chocolate Granola

Current research is finding that dark chocolate is really good for you. It contains polyphenols and, more specifically, flavenols, which may help to maintain a healthy blood pressure and promote heart health. So what better reason do you need for indulging in a little luxury for breakfast? My Belgian Chocolate granola can also be added to yoghurt or ice-cream and fresh fruit berries for a light and easy peasy dessert at the end of the day.

Ingredients

Jumbo rolled oats, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, fructose, oligofructose*, dark Belgian Chocolate (5%), cocoa powder, cashew nuts, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden linseeds, roast hazelnuts, walnuts, cocoa extract, vanilla flavour.

*Oligofructose is a natural soluble fibre derived from chicory. As a prebiotic it helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.
Dark Belgian Chocolate contains cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin.

Allergy Advice

Contains tree nuts and soya. Dairy free, wheat free**. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. No hydrogenated oils. No GMOs. Made in a factory which handles peanuts and sesame seeds.
